To ease registration for Rasme Saifee, any Mumin can now register a Jora in his/her own town or city. He/She may be the Dulha, Dulhan or any relative, friend or guardian. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Log on to www.ejamaat.com with your eJamaat ID & password and click on the Rasme Saifee Registration link on your homepage.
2. Enter the correct eJamaat ID & password of the Dulha & Dulhan and click Submit. If both ID`s and passwords are correct then the registration form will be automatically filled with their details. This form can also be printed. If any information is incorrect (especially your contact details) then it should be corrected via the Edit link given below each name.
3. Enter the local contact information of the Dulha or Dulhan and your relationship with the Dulha or Dulhan.
4. Recheck the entered details and press the Submit button.
5. If all is in order, then a confirmation screen will be shown indicating registration was successful and stating the amount payable by the Jora. Below that, a set of details & instructions that are to be followed after registration will also be shown. These instructions are to be duly noted and followed.
6. Also check for the confirmation email that will be sent to the Dulha & Duhan. It will also include those details & instructions.
Mumineen who do not have Internet facility can register via telephone by calling any of the hotlines (cell phone numbers) given. eJamaat ID’s & passwords will however be required. If even that is not possible then all procedures could be completed in Mumbai itself.
All Joras registering for Rasme Saifee will have to submit their Safai Chitti, eJamaat card and a letter from their Amil Saheb at the Anjumane Shiate Ali (Mumbai Jamaat) Office when they come to Mumbai.
Registration will not be verified until Rasme Saifee contribution of INR 6500/- (3500 from the Dulha and 3000 from the Dulhan) is received from each Jora.
Mumineen who do not have an eJamaat card will need a letter from their Amil Saheb to issue a new one. If an eJamaat ID or password has been forgotten, or a card has been misplaced etc. then please call any of the eJamaat numbers given below. These problems can also be easily solved in Mumbai itself.
Mumineen not complying with the above system will themselves be responsible for any problems or issues arising later. For inquires regarding, formalities, accommodation rates or other procedures please contact your Amil Saheb.
